Baked Sweet Nectaroons©

-2 large nectarines
-2 oz. Pecans
-¼ cup brown sugar
-1/8 tsp. Vanilla
-12 oz. vanilla yogurt (you might could substitute ice cream)
-2 Tbsp. Confectioners Sugar
-2 Tbsp. Buttra

Set aside 4 pecans for gernish. In food processor of yo choice, chopup dem pecans, brown sugar,
vanilla, and buttra real good. Roll into four even size balls. dontcha be throwin at nobody
neither. Halve nectarines and remove pits. put each ball of filling in middle of each
nectarine. Bake for 25 minutes at 325°. Remove from oven and put each half on a plate along
side 3 oz. scoop of vanilla yogurt. Place 1 pecan on top of each yogurt scoop. Sprinkle ½ Tbsp.
Confectioners Sugar over each plate. mmmm-mmmmm!
