-arctic char filet
-stick uh butra
-mango and errange (peeled an sliced)
-1/2 cup breadcrumbs
-1/2 lemon
-1/4 cup grated parmajohn cheese
-1/2 cup crushed pecans
-2 big ol leaves uh swiss chard

ok, look-fuirse you need to put a little olive erl in some bakin dish an smear it around wit
one of doze leafs uh swiss chard. den you gotta rinse the fish off an put it on top the leaf
and cover the top of the filet wit breadcrumbs. ok. now, you need to cover that wit yo parmajohn
cheese. in a separate saucepan, heat up the butra an when it melted, squeeze the juice out yo
lemon an into the pan of butra. now you got yoseff some fresh lemon butra which you need to
pour onto the fish at this point an then cover that wit a layer of crushed pecans. in anutha
separate non-stick pan, you should be frying up some sliced mango and sprinklin it wit a little
bit cinnamon. when de mango is lightly browned on both sides, put it around the fish an then
slice up them ehranges an put them around da fish too. cover the whole thing wit another of
them leafy swiss chard things an put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. ok.
